Local Students

Most students enter Marryatville High School at Year 8 via a transition process initiated through their local public primary school.

Students living inside the Zone of Right automatically gain a place, whilst students from outside the Zone are also able to apply. These latter places are allocated by the Eastern District Office of the Department of Education and Children's Services according to criteria set by the Department.

Students may also gain entry to the school by qualifying for our Special Interest Music or Tennis Program.

Entry for the Music Program is subject to an audition process which commences in May each year, and selection for our Tennis Program is coordinated through Tennis SA.

Students attending the school come from a wide range of suburbs, the Hills and country areas. For those living outside the Zone, enrolment in other year levels will depend upon whether vacancies exist.

Please direct enrolment enquiries in the first instance to the school on 8304 8420 or mhsinfo@marryatvillehs.sa.edu.

International Students

Please direct initial enquiries to International Education Services, Department of Education and Children's Services. www.internationalstudents.sa.edu.au.

Special entry requirements exist for international students wishing to enter the Special Music or Tennis Programs.
