Enrolment: Charges
Materials and Services charges have been set by the Finance Committee
of School Council to address the educational provision needs of the school.
A Materials and Services charge of $600.00 per student and additional subject changes applies for 2008.
Accompanying this are extra charges for music students related to hire
and maintenance of instruments and production of resource materials. All
camps and excursions and special requirements within subject areas have
an associated charge. There is an expectation from School Council that
all families choosing the school from outside the zone are indicating,
by completing the enrolment form, their willingness to pay these associated
charges.
If a student is a
School Card Holder special circumstances apply which must be discussed
with the School Business Managerr on 8304 8422.
Spending of the Materials
and Services charges is allocated towards high costs of:
- running the extensive
and expensive school co-curriculum programs, providing many cultural
and sporting
opportunities for students;
- grounds and buildings
maintenance;
- providing students
with access to state-of-the-art information technology hardware and
software
